NOT 100% sure but whatever it takes to put us back to the 51% so THERE WAS NO OWNERSHIP CHANGE!!!!!!!!

Remember in several filings the company has alluded to
THERE MAY HAVE BEEN AN OWNERSHIP CHANGE..........AINT THIS LIKE SORT OF BEING PREGNANT, either THERE WAS9there was imho) an ownership change or there WAS NOT ONE.

Now 51% can be attained either PRE or post imho so I cant say what they have in mind!!


But I will say this ANY WAY form or fashion that DA BOYZ can kick retail AVG SIX pack to the curb , COUNT ON THEM DOING IT!

They tried it once before so JUST SAYIN

That would be fair and reasonable.. but I wouldn't be surprised if it was like 1:4 or 1:5 for escrow commons.. in which case it would still better than nothing..
