Regarding the NOLs:

That is not an issue for COOP, it never was. COOP had that structure when it came out of ReOrg. But I won`t even try to help you understand this, as I have seen the discussion here and the simple fact is, 99% got it wrong and don`t understand the fact that no one cares who owns COOP today. Because it`s not relevant nowadays, the REORG was done long ago.
