Holy crap! Patriot Scientific! I was in that back in early ‘06. That baby flew and crashed back down. We thought all of these cases and settlements were gonna bring millions and millions and that it would turn into a legitimate company. Come to find out, they were baby settlements that never made a hill of beans. And back down it went. Now it’s sub-penny. Still, thank you for bringing me back down memory lane.

Why does the document conclude with naming Infinity Global and Hugo and Debra Saavedra as defendants, rather than as plaintiffs? It concludes “The default of each of the following named defendants is entered: Hugo Saavedra...etc”. Is this an error?

TMXN Wins! $300 Million Lawsuit/Tilray Offered No Defense

This is absolutely huge as Tilray (TLRY:NASDAQ) had offered no defense against the $300 Million Lawsuit that TMXN had filed against them. Again, this is huge. I suspect that we will see either a huge payoff or licensing agreement which will have some huge valuation instilled into TMXN to more than compensate for the damages that were done that will bring tremendous valuation into TMXN.
