With that TMXN Court Docket Confirmation...

I looked into the Pacer database to see the Court Dockets myself and have confirmed what you have posted regarding the TMXN/Infinity Global Consulting Group vs Tilray.

First on 06/12/2020 the case was terminated then it was re-opened and transferred to the CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA on 06/16/2020 which is probably the justification for the volume over the past couple of days from this being learned by investors:

With TXMN, the catalyst...

I'm guessing that it has something to do with the TXMN lawsuit against Tilray (TLRY:NASDAQ) that Tilray tried to get cancelled below:
