TMXN Wins! $300 Million Lawsuit/Tilray Offered No Defense

This is absolutely huge as Tilray (TLRY:NASDAQ) had offered no defense against the $300 Million Lawsuit that TMXN had filed against them. Again, this is huge. I suspect that we will see either a huge payoff or licensing agreement which will have some huge valuation instilled into TMXN to more than compensate for the damages that were done that will bring tremendous valuation into TMXN. Early case info is within the link below:

To "Compare and Contrast" what could happen for substantial gains from a patent infringement case that the smaller company had won, I was in PTSC when it was trading in the .02, .03, and .04 per share ranges. Well, PTSC won their patent infringement case against Intel (INTC:NASDAQ) and PTSC ran to $2.20 per share.

This is incredibly huge! Tilray (TLRY:NASDAQ) has accepted culpability and they now am convinced that it is in their best interest to negotiate the settlement with TMXN. I am very confident that Tilray is going to make an offer to TMXN that they can't refuse.

I think I must reiterate that there is a chance that we might see something similar to what transpired when PTSC won their patent infringement case against Intel (INTC:NASDAQ) and PTSC ran to $2.20 per share.

Below is the Court Docket that was filed in court on Dec 14, 2020 as proof that Tilray (TLRY:NASDAQ) offered no defense against the $300 Million Lawsuit that TMXN had filed against them which is basically Tilray offering an admission of guilt:
