That is an amazing exchange. Thank you so much for relaying this. I understand the hesitation people have in doing so, because of the past history on this board.

I have continuously stated that I hope they are taking their time getting this right and not screwing it up. I am glad he mentioned that.

I agree 100% that we need to stay calm and let them do their job. It is easy to get emotional as many have a good amount of their money invested in this company.

Again, thanks for this synopsis of your call.

David Innes and I agree on one thing - spamming him is a waste of time and while may not be thrilled about what I have to say here, I am at least not bothering him with calls and emails. The difference is that I think better communication is the answer, while Mr. Innes seems to think no communication is the answer.

Taken together, there’s no way to come or any other conclusion than they have positive TLD and they’re in the process of putting the results in proper form for the BLA.

That’s really market moving information, in my book.

Thanks for sharing.

It seems all about reporting now and BP negotiations after. Reading your summary, don’t get a feeling that TLD will be this week. But hope to be wrong.

This is a surprisingly revealing statement that is otherwise easy to overlook.

The steering committee is an internal team that makes recommendations on such matters as communicating the results and coordinating with the CROs.

If you can’t ask the steering committee, as he seemed to say out of frustration, then presumably they have the results and are determining next steps with the results and how to make a public disclosure.

“I detected a bit of frustration with this and he mentioned not being able to ask the CRO or the steering committee”

If this conversation is true say goodnight. They’re back in penny cash raise mode.

I called it on Germany, btw. Sorry Ex. It’s likely not minor.

Just an additional 1,000 shareholders of record. Probably all from Lappin’s article. Add to it lots of day trading with $1,200 checks and there’s your run.

Thanks for putting this out as it will help many on this board with where the company is at. I also think that this one post will stem the number of calls DI receives and may give him a break until the new year. Looks like they may be working on the unblinded data so we could get some very positive action very soon.

10Baggerz, Seems the Riddler answered his riddle (“What satisfies and benefits everyone? Figure that and you will have your answer.”)

He stated the company is “working their assess off” to get us TLD and “do it right” with the goal of getting “treatment to market” without FDA issues. He provided an example of a company that failed to properly report data which resulted in an FDA rejection and a 2 year delay in approval.

Indirectly he also implied that getting the messaging right is key, from the perspective of providing the enemies of the company with the smallest possible target after TLD is announced:

He talked about AF and how people like him do so much damage in convincing people who believe in the science to get fearful and sell.

AF’s idiotic post about mineral oil placebo after Amarin shared results sunk the stock on the following Monday. I imagine AF, Stuppy, Wick (remember their journal article comments) and others won’t be lobbing syringes of orange juice after TLD but balloons full of urine.

From my zen koan post:

Here’s an opinion worth two cents: Our current location on the timeline of this multi-year drama is post-unblinding, pre-TLD. At least one wrinkle is most likely to have surfaced in all this data and analysis and messaging.

It is to the benefit of shareholders of all classes to “get this right.” We only get one shot at doing the analysis right and messaging the TLD in the best possible manner.

Both aspects are critical. The FDA holds the knife to our throats and the response of NWBO’s enemies to TLD should always be taken into consideration.

Spoke with DI for the first time today!

7. When asked about the missed timelines and delays he referred back to the 10/5 PR and basically said that they intentionally gave us no timeline because they would not be able to update us if TLD took longer then expected. I detected a bit of frustration with this and he mentioned not being able to ask the CRO or the steering committee.

DI was a bit frustrated huh?

F me...

10/5 the data was finally locked

Meanwhile they were telling us in EARLY SEPTEMBER (practically promising) that they would have TLD by the END OF SEPTEMBER.

Either something went horribly wrong in those 2-3 weeks.... Or they flat out lied to their shareholders.

I'm going with the latter.

Bagger,

Thanks for sharing your take after you put a finger on
the pulse of the company. Interesting perspective on
your part, especially during a frustrating time for all of
us. Certainly enlightening. It looks like we came on this
board about the same time. We are just rookies!

I'm a pretty patient man and not one who knee jerks, so
as a retired CEO of a private company, this has been
refreshing to watch quietly from the side lines. I have
always needed to calm down and sleep on informational
dumps or decision making moves. My most recent take
on "what's quietly happening" is even more positive.

NWBO has quite a mission and a charter! Thanks to all,
who have shared here. I do recognize the value of "the
talent" here! FWIW...I bought more this week!

Found a minor issue in DI's comment. This is probably why he shouldn't talk to people. But thx for poster Bagger. I've spoken with Les twice over the years and been similarly dressed down by the nwbo apologists. I only called because my frustration had gotten over the top. So these weren't celebratory communiques that I relayed at the time.

4. With regard to Q3 10Q he mentioned a minor German accounting issue had caused an extended delay in a previous 10Q. Implying I guess that 10Qs can be delayed for minor issues?

Folks on this board were previously led to believe that the acquisition of Flaskworks was causing the delay. Was it in the 10Q NT?

https://blog.auditanalytics.com/non-timely-filings-an-overview/

From 10Q NT

Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q timely due to certain pending accounting and valuation matters such as those in connection with the acquisition of Flaskworks during the quarter, and due to subsequent events (after September 30) affecting the accounting for option awards during the quarter. The Company currently expects to file its report within the extension period.

Someone said the extension period has expired? Correct.

It also sounds like to me that DI himself is in the dark about what exactly is happening with respect to looking at the data. He probably doesn’t know the details either. Keeping him in the dark would probably allow him to continue his “job” without any risk whatsoever of divulging inside information.

What does TLD mean?

It DOES NOT mean this - treatment to market

2. He stated the company is “working their assess off” to get us TLD and “do it right” with the goal of getting “treatment to market” without FDA issues. He provided an example of a company that failed to properly report data which resulted in an FDA rejection and a 2 year delay in approval.

It does mean - the treatment part of the trial meet its trial's objective

At the time of TLD it may well be true with any cancer drug the RA's
have not signed off on their mfg process etc - but nothing to do with
TLD.

The way Powers is implicitly defining TLD she can argue that
we can't see data until we land on Mars .....

This is bullshit ...........

I would love to see DI cough up details on that one.

There have been a few cases where the FDA took action against companies for PRs that improperly implied drug benefits. I am not aware of any case where the FDA had the slightest concern about TLD PR in a BLA/NDA review.

Supposedly there is an actual company that this can be asserted for. Come on, let us here it.

I detected a bit of frustration with this and he mentioned not being able to ask the CRO or the steering committee.

Why would he need to ask questions of the CRO when datalock was months ago? CRO should be out of the loop. Unless they are not.

I have to assume DI has pictures of LP from her college days or something.

#339808 RE: 10baggerz #339512

Thanks all for the feedback and gratitude. I fully recognize any conversation with DI at this point is just fodder. TLD will come sooner or later and, regardless of the results, it won’t matter whether we ripped our hair out in frustration with management or practiced meditation in the interim (except to our own health). At this point all that matters (for investors) is whether we buy, sell, or hold. I’ve personally decided to hold, not based on my conversation with DI, but based on analysis of available information by people much smarter than me.

Speaking of fodder, one more thing that DI mentioned while discussing why it was so important to do things correctly with the goal of bringing a treatment to market was the patients. He said that he knew 3 people that had been diagnosed with GBM and that this was part of his decision to leave his old company to be part of NWBio 2 years ago. I’ll say one thing, he seemed pretty fired up about this... or maybe he was just mad at me for “sending him 61 emails this year.”

it just occurred to me. Why would DI mention this if the FDA has not even bought in? I mean "doing it right" can not be done if they are excluded in the first place.

so we have settled that matter now
