Spoke with DI for the first time today!
Disclaimer: This is based on my recollection/notes of the call which may not be 100% accurate. I’m only posting to convey a wee bit of info, please don’t get upset at me or DI.
1. He was very aggravated that message board readers (including myself) have been bombarding him with emails/calls and questions that he can’t answer. He felt like this takes time away from his job, such as making presentations to potential large investors and families.
2. He stated the company is “working their assess off” to get us TLD and “do it right” with the goal of getting “treatment to market” without FDA issues. He provided an example of a company that failed to properly report data which resulted in an FDA rejection and a 2 year delay in approval.
3. He implied that if the trial was a failure they would have to “let everyone know.”
4. With regard to Q3 10Q he mentioned a minor German accounting issue had caused an extended delay in a previous 10Q. Implying I guess that 10Qs can be delayed for minor issues?
5. He talked about AF and how people like him do so much damage in convincing people who believe in the science to get fearful and sell. He mentioned that there was a relatively strong short interest based on the short borrowing rate.
6. He did not comment on warrant suspension extension, even though I asked.
7. When asked about the missed timelines and delays he referred back to the 10/5 PR and basically said that they intentionally gave us no timeline because they would not be able to update us if TLD took longer then expected. I detected a bit of frustration with this and he mentioned not being able to ask the CRO or the steering committee.
8. He reiterated that he would try to answer legitimate questions from their more than 16,000 investors but didn’t want to be spammed by IHUB readers.
Ok that’s it, hopefully it provides a tiny bit of info/assurance to someone on here. It did for me.
