I don't know what you've researched but from what I've read, it's a 96 percent approval rate once code is generated. This was also explained to me by a close friend in medical billing. Please post if you can.

Grip, your argument about the NDC not having a PRO140/Leronlimab/Vyrologix approval listed doesn't hold water. That is because the FDA only updates the database with CURRENTLY approved drugs under either EUA or full approval only at that time.

The database for today (09Dec20) has the latest entry of a "HAND SANITIZER PEN" marketed by "Ningbo Lanzi Cosmetic Technology Co, Ltd" that's dated as the STARTMARKETINGDATE of 20201209 (YYYMMDD format).

Even Remdesivir/Veklruy was dated 20201101 in the NDC database. There was another entry for Remdesivir for 20200501 as an "UNAPPROVED DRUG OTHER". Guess what, Remdesivir was given EUA on 01 May 2020, then unrestricted use of Veklury was given on 22 Oct 2020. See the dates line up? Authorization THEN addition to the NDC database.

I do follow you on taking chances with coming out of the CC with who knows what kind of reaction - I'm betting on a long term positive.

I agree with you Grip. I'm generally optimistic and am very optimistic long-term on this stock. But i don't see anything new being announced tomorrow, and i think the excitement over this new code may be overdone at least, or worse have no correlation to anything near term.

Having been in the stock for nearly 5 years, the patten has been that calls announced well in advance have not contained any new information - and typically we have seen a rising SP into the call, and once it becomes clear that there is no "new news" a drop after the call. I'd like to see that pattern reverse, but i'm not betting on it.
