I’ve re-assessed and think it’s the latter. After some research, the ICD10 code has no value or correlation to approval. When I cross-checked with NDC (National Drug Code)and there is no approval. The PR talks about regulatory updates. This could be a Nader shiny-object.

I think the only hope is for an announcement regarding EUA or deal with the Philippines. If there isn’t a PR prior to the call, I’d be more skeptical. I’ll admit that I got caught up in it but after more research, I’m not finding anything.

Anything short of a deal with the Philippines, partnership or EUA somewhere, this call is gonna send the stock down on Friday. If Nader delivers something of substance, the stock could easily double Friday. I’ve been burned too many times. I took my profits late today just in case.
