So what would be the most likely reasons for the 10Q delay?
Could it be tied to the warrant extensions somehow?

How about the FlaskWorks accounting, as they assert? Assuming the deal is material (we do not know, but likely), they have to provide 3 sets of numbers now (actual, flaskworks historical, pro-forma), and 2 of these involve data that has not previously been part of their accounting system.
