It is not just the markets. It is basic understanding of clinical trials.
That regulators will, under some conditions, allow clinical trials to be designed that use historical comps does not mean that a randomized trial already completed can change to that.
This is so obvious that I have to assume most here are simply lying about not understanding that point. Probably hoping for a greater fool.
