If masks don’t work, why did healthcare professionals wear them prior to the pandemic?

Yes, I generally agree with this. But n95 masks are available now easily enough. Wear one when you hit the shops or work. When I’m hiking I generally don’t wear a mask, but will out one on when passing through or by groups of people. I wear one inside my office, for myself, for my employees, etc. I wear one outside with customers. It’s not forever. If you’re following NWBO and this message board , odds are you know a thing or two about patience (though it’s probably worn thin by now).
