These simple masks don’t really protect maybe the best thing they do in creating awareness to keep some distance etc

It may have some effect with sneezing / coughing but the rest is a joke

The best thing you can do is keep yourself in good shape
Sleeping eating trying to get at much sunlight iff you can / go outdoors and breathe some good fresh air

And for godsake don’t wear these simple masks when you are in the nature hiking or whatever

Breathe fresh air not you’re produced carbon dioxide

It’s really horrific seeing people outdoors when the sun is shining in nice weather with these things on
