from another board, looks like SOLI is not first: It can be done, CRCW did it in September, moved from the Expert Market back to Pink, after a suspension, first to ever escape the Expert Market. That thing too off like a rocket too, I think it was only trading at around $2 - $5 as a Grey, and just hit $75 the other day.
