very telling. offering with no discount . who but insiders who probably cannot buy in the open market would take part in that? why not just buy in the market and not have your shares locked up six months plus the many other hurdles and costs to get offering shares registered and sold. and that it looks like was fully sold! what?! let's see the fins and get the show on the road $SOLI!
