I see Poignant continually listed as a consultant since they first joined the OTC fun bunch almost 4 years ago.

Do not quite understand why anybody thinks that makes an uplist soon likely. If he was not working on that for years, no implication he is now.

I would be more concerned about a move to the pinks as of right now if they keep going delinquent on SEC reporting.
