Yes, the wtS1 is apparently our best predictive biomarker, but it is not a very good one. Slide 17 is disappointing, and terribly flawed. Far more helpful would have been a twin, wtS1-only version of slide 15.
I bet some folks are understanding slide 17 a bit finally. For them: Keep in mind that our placebo-to-dose ratio was 33%-to-67%.
