Brezlin, thank you for your reply! I know that we have the greatest thing since Haley's comet, in the Bio-Med field~ & that ENZC-BioClonetics will revolutionize the whole pharmaceutical industry. BUT it was what's in the details of this Stock-Conversion thing & the Merger, of which we know very little, except what God_Father reminded me of, that it became worrisome. But, as GF said, he believes Owners will most likely pay off their Loan Debt with cash & not involve the Stock. Which is a good thing for us, as I see it. Hope this will be the case! AM very patient, but that comment threw me there for a moment. Thank you again!
