Hi Bonnie...just saw your question. I agree with GF on this. Charles is a sharp guy and we know they already arranged a plan by which some debt was delayed and agreed would be taken care of at a future time.....likey a way of not allowing them to do exactly what Z’s post outlines. For some companies, those conversions have just flat out destroyed the business....they call it “the death spiral”...down of course.
