The EDGAR SEC filing system accepts same day filings up until 5:30 PM EST. Filings made between 5:30 and !0:00 PM EST will show up the next day.

From reading the intention to file late form it clearly states that 10Q must be in by the 5th calender day of the following month. So do they have until the 5th or did someone from company say they filing today?
