My thoughts exactly!!!! Makes perfect sense!!! Freeze the warrants, Freeze the news, LP knows where all her stock is so buyer can't initiate a "creaping tender"!!! Would be very exciting!!! We've all seen it before and probably have been involved in similar transactions with our own companies. However, it's really hard to second guess LP. Very smart lady!!!

I have no doubt that NWBO will close a deal. What I am not sure of is if that deal is closed before or after TLD is announced.

I also believe that not only Merck is interested although they have the first option in exchange for Duffy assisting support.
