Well.... if we are convinced that LP has the results (4 days and all that), she could certainly share that info with a suitor and could currently be working out the buyout/partnership numbers, right...???
There isn't a large pharma that wouldn't want our our tech but the question is who is it worth most to ?... I think we agree that`s gonna be Merck or BMY , and in the event of meeting the endpoints , which incidentally have been amended to enable us to meet them and so as such one can assume there`s no friggin way the same regulators will then not approve L, so meeting the primary end point for us at least is as close to the `approved ` stamp as any Biotech as ever been at the time of Top Line Data.
