That is a topic I was wondering right from the beginning. Why should billions of dollar be hidden in safe harbor and stored away from the reorganized company when it would never be used there again?
OR other way round, where would be the point to bring billions to shareholders in cash instead of paying of all debts and restore a proper functioning company?
It’s more likely that the ,money would be used to build a new business around breeding pink elephants then paying it out to old shareholders.
