I guess you have never looked at or read any of the docs that have been shown for years here..

IN NO WAY WILL THE REORGED DEBTOR be allowed to obtain/receive any of THE DEBTORS WMI's original assets............ Just like JPM can NOT imho buy WMIH/COOP

Now I do believe there is one way that was possible in the GSA/POR.

This has been touched on several times and that is the 2.5% of value to the reorg'd of any values returned.

NOW I can NOT SAY this is fact 100% but it has been cussed and discussed here for years
