Legally we can pass it out for free. Legally everyone over 21 can grow it. Outdoor weed is great dont assume legally grown outdoor is the same as the stuff grown hidden in the swamps and woods. I'll take full organic outdoor over most indoor. I told everyone to sell the week of Canada's legalization everyone laughed. It would be the same if US legalized sell the pump. Acb will go under less then 5 years. All premium products base will be cultivated outdoors eventually too. It's just a money thing.
