Ok. I am not trying to get in to how the whole U.S. ATF works but more than likely it will change to ACTF. C for cannabis right next to the alcohol... U.S. is not Canada. U.S. holds the patents over cannabis.. Did you know that? Look it up. Also go to a real indoor grow, not your buddies house. Go to a dispensary and not your buddies house. See how the dispensary has their cannabis products in tiers of prices just like every other product on the market. You don’t pay the same for a dominos pizza as you would a pizza from a specialty pizza place. If cannabis is legalized in the U.S. it will only be because of all the revenue it has already been proven to make for the states that have legalized it. Marijuana in the U.S. legalized will be sold for money along side alcohol to non medicinal cannabis consumers. Medical cannabis card holders will be allowed different rules than non medical patients. For example where I live medical can have 6 flowering plants at 1 time, unless you grow for other patients. Then you can grow their 6 plants for them and give them there agreed grown usable cannabis monthly for their medicinal uses. But after it is legalized there will probably be state run medicinal facilities like Canada does and might even not let anyone even medically grow anymore because it will be just like Jim bob brewing his own moonshine medicinally...If you give cannabis to someone unless the government allows there to be a stipulation for medicinal patients to be able to still grow and give cannabis to other patients then that will be the new reason they will have to add money to their police force as that will be against the law... I fully agree there are several good investment opportunities besides this company, and it is b.s. that an offering was done right after the spike but really it was the only time they could add shares before the vote next month and get it over with quickly do to all the volume that was churning through all thru last week.. I am down 20% over here but I expect them to release a statement that the offering is closed tomorrow, maybe even give us some added news that makes this spike over $20 this time. Either way when the offering has been closed pps should go back to at least $10 IMO...
