Gsk v Teva holds that knowledge of the infringing use is enough to prove inducement.

Pretty sure it, or another similar case, showed the opposite - courts ruled that knowledge is not enough to prove inducement. Teva got dinged for the way they promoted their generic, not because they knew it was being used off label for infringing uses.
