Once they go out of the 7 to 11 month perimeters with no explanation, then it becomes obstruction of justice. Since the judge has already made a decision, the obstruction is worse. It is apparent the DBMM lawyers are much smarter than the SEC lawyers. Since the SEC lawyers screwed up the case, soon they will be crying foul. The initial decision will stand. There is no other evidence to challenge. The old evidence is not valid. No new evidence to overturn. Good luck to all shareholders !!!
That's why we need Company's perspective on what's going on..it has become endless wait even after winning the case..they should update share holders now.. frustrating to wait on a fricking petition review forever..
