No they can't drag it out forever. If they try that, our lawyers
would eventually sue them in the civil courts. We have the best lawyers and the SEC would fold like a pack of cards and be annihilated, yet again. Even at this point it is complete obstruction of justice, but that is DBMM's call.It may come to that.
