Wouldn’t our DTC ESC cusips prove we had those holdings?

My records with TdAmeritrade go back to my purchases in 2009 and2010 and I would have to check I think I saw 2007 or 2008 also. All the way back to 2003 I just checked. For sure it shows my WAMUQ buys and sells in 2008. I'm just not sure what to do with those papers I received . I called they couldn't even find my account.
Also I've had tdameritrade for a long time.
