Just got a eye opener from SCHWAB on the libor settlement thingy.

I was just informed that with all the time that has lapsed here SCHWAB can only generate statements 10 yrs back OR LESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they said MOST BROKERS can only go back 8 years........................And it is system wide as he said I would not even be able to find those using my own acct information.

So according to Chuckey UNLESS we hold actual HARD COPY statements of our accts we are probably SOL........... HE even said that is why many of these class action lawsuits hang on for so long as to run out the time clock.......................

P.s.
Remeber also that one would have used your year end statement in your tax returns and IF IF IF you keep that kind of stuff that long YOU MAY STILL HAVE THOSE that you need
