Sorry, still can't buy it. You just cannot have a company official, an attorney no less, giving one investor information that no one else has (or hinting at it, which is worse). I believe you. After having many conversation with Les over the years, this sounds accurate. Plausible deniability is his mo. These guys love their play with words. He's setting us up for more disappointment in the future, all while ensuring that management remains unaccountable. It's crazy how they love to spread information in such an unofficial and indirect ways.
