I believe you. After having many conversation with Les over the years, this sounds accurate. Plausible deniability is his mo. These guys love their play with words. He's setting us up for more disappointment in the future, all while ensuring that management remains unaccountable. It's crazy how they love to spread information in such an unofficial and indirect ways.
