You and BBW are making the same conclusion in that you do not believe RM is on because a new LOI has not been filed and because CLX has not officially confirmed whatever it is you want them to confirm.

Ultimately, your argument relies not on PRs or filings, but on things that you imagine need to be filed or confirmed and thus which do not exist.

I have always thought your logic to be flawed in this manner.

Nothing indicates RM is off.

There are plenty of indicators that the deal is still a go.

If you believe it is, you own shares

If you didn’t or don’t sell or you’ve sold

For those who have sold to be badgering those who believe based on their own DD is a pain in the a$$
