I'm not bashing Porteno, I'm just agreeing with Wolf's original conclusion that whenever a share structure gets changed on any pending PubCo reverse merger...a revised or brand new LOI most definitely needs to get legally filed.

Some are welcome to agree or disagree with that view...but my opinion is 100% derived from trading the markets for 30 years ok...and I always advise everyone to seek their own legal opinions if/when there's any legal questions/concerns/red flags they're unsure about, as there's 1000's of qualified SEC attorney's out there to render their legal opinions on if/when they get asked to provide any form of legal clarity on any pubco legal matters k glty
