I think the o/s was increased to allow the use of shares for acquisitions and growing the business. And like or not, Cornell provided the cash and now they're getting the shares. Sure would be great if we found cash from another source or had the cash flow to pay off Cornell without shares, but until then, shares it is. In any event, a great 2007 is about to unfold after a really crappy 2006. GLTA.
