HDSMONKEY......I've learned a couple lessons in life...not that it's done much good, but in this case, since Jay had the shares approved, why not use them as they see fit? When Jay applied for SEC approval of all those extra shares, he may have had the idea in mind of getting them approved by saying they were needed to prevent a hostile takeover, but in reality, MOBL could use them for loan repayment. I can't say for sure what he had in mind. Maybe he had both things in mind. We'll never know for sure.

Anyways, let's hope Jay can start out the new year with a couple of good PR's.....like maybe some new financing.
