HK Why didn’t Amarin just donate a whole bunch of Vascepa to just see if it helped / worked in covid ... it is a harmless drug so no danger to patients

Any positive RWE in covid environment would massively boost demand for V

Kaiser is a stickler for labels - maybe most of their CAD patients don't have TGs > 150? I think what you're really asking is it ethical for Kaiser to not provide V to all CAD patients regardless of TGs, and I don't have an answer for that. Whatever insurance company ralphey is always fighting with (is it more than one?) clearly doesn't believe that CAD patients should be on V.
