This letter defintely refers to Biogen meeting with fda not Anavex.

My point is that there hasn't been a filing. A filing would cause the FDA to evaluate 2-73 formally.

That doesn't mean that the FDA was not consulted in the trial design of the AD trials currently being run. As you said, Anavex is not obligated to inform about every detail of their interaction with the FDA.

Raja: You are absolutely correct, the FDA I am sure is well aware of Anavex, and they are more conscious of what is happening, The same holds true for the TGA-Australia. Soon the dam will bust open for all to see!
