My point is that there hasn't been a filing. A filing would cause the FDA to evaluate 2-73 formally.

That doesn't mean that the FDA was not consulted in the trial design of the AD trials currently being run. As you said, Anavex is not obligated to inform about every detail of their interaction with the FDA.
