Do you have a question regarding that? All moderators should understand those rules.

That's simply stating the obvious. As it's been pointed out, mods are to uphold the rules for posting. If they show they're not willing or able to do that, they will be removed. But that's a separate issue from what you originally asked, which was is it their role to advise the people not to buy a certain stock. Anymore than it is for them TO buy a certain stock, which is a far more prevalent problem.

Are you are saying that a mod is deleting or restoring posts, based on his or her bias on the stock? Then that is a matter that should be taken up with an Admin, via PM.

From The Handbook: Board Moderators are welcome

And your point is what? When a post violates TOU, it's removed. Doesn't matter whether it's a Pump or a Bash.

That is a complete sentence with the end descriptor of ""WHEN REMOVING OR RESTORING MESSAGES" A moderator furthering their agenda by using the moderation privilege deletion or restoration of posts ONLY.
As is any member, a mod can POST to the board anything they want as long as they are within tos.
Your only recourse is to report the mod if they are removing/restoring and the admin will decide.

And YOU decide the veracity of an authors post and can report a tos if you think it's worthy.
