So what now. En banc denial forthcoming. Petition SC. Denial very likely. Then Rule 60 if generics don’t launch. Injunction then infringement suit if they do launch. That’s really it. Wish I had a fast forward button for the rest of 2020.

This is a travesty and en banc denial will be also.
I was as hopeful as any here but we all knew how remote our chances
were. I suspect many here are with me as I say now ALL of my thoughts, hopes and trust are in EU approval soon and a BP BO soon after. At least then the legal anguish will be over, a tragedy nonetheless.
