Downtown@ In the end it is in fact very sad - that a thing like this can happen in the USA.

And of course no-one can prove for sure 'that is the reason for CAFC - to simply 'kill Singer' in orals (many think not even reading the briefs) - and then use the rule 35 (no explanation what so ever) the day after orals.
