Not sure. But, I like the idea of hiring someone who is tech savvy! You normally don’t get social media and tech savvy in older applicants/workers. To your point, they need to hire experienced people for traditional sales.
But, to improve our presence on the Social Media - Twitter, instagram, fb, etc. and to reach out to the trend setters and influencers,we need someone like Serena.
