You have captured the essence of it; MORI is scientifically dust and air. it is Kurabayshi which formed the ultimate basis of patent allowability by USPTO. Covington defended the wrong gate of the castle(Mori) --they should have been defending Kurabayashi (the crown jewels).

DU agreed with the USPTO to reject BUT/FOR Mori, but falsely stated BUT/FOR Kura, when indeed, if NOT/FOR Kura the patents would not have been granted.

SO LDL AND STUDY POPULATION WAS A DISTRACTION. IF NOT/FOR KURA "UNEXPECTED" APO-B REDUCTION," NO VASCEPA.

ILT, thanks for differentiating all the misleading words that have been posted. It's so difficult to understand the use of BUT and NOT.
