Henry lied and hired his new auditor on Sep 9th so all this time he had no one working on the books.

What I don’t understand is the new auditor is only reviewing June 2019 to December 2019. What about the rest of the financials? Does this mean April 2019 back was done and not posted from the prior auditing company as always speculated.
