New Auditor was hired on 9-9?

Prior Auditor left as of 5-7, and since then Henry has been talking about the new Auditor needing to get to the US, delayed by the virus, delayed by his Mother dying, and many other things, told us financials would be done by 8-31, but the 8-K says the new Auditor was hired on 9-9?

What am I missing here?
