We were ambushed in public by the judicial system.

The company is not letting us know what they intend to do to salvage anything.

The bigger issue is that after the loss on 3/30, the company just appeared flat footed - like they never had a plan B. And seeing what they did with the waffling on the DTC campaign, it really looks like they didn't have a plan B. Remember JZ's reaction at the CC after the October 16th AdComm - total shell shock. Like that!
