bidmark, if they didn't have plan B in place after 3/30 why aren't they working on something like an authentic generic, instead of freakin waiting for generics to launch in front of them. They're idiots, what especially pisses me off is that they're GIA in EU and ROW.
I'm saying it again in time, JT will bankrupt the company if they fail to launch vascepa properly in Europe. A partnership is our only hope of getting out from under this debacle. How can they not realize that????

bidmark - you're exactly correct - there is no plan B. That's why they built up the war chest of cash with the dilution. It was failure insurance so they can keep taking paychecks until they retire. Given the last few days of trading, we are headed back into sub 3 within a few days. Thero makes 9 million a year in salary. Not bad for a one drug company that did all the leg work for generics so they can just come in take the fruits of their labor. I sure hope Hikma and Reddy get Thero a Christmas present this year. Maybe they will splurge and buy him a Snuggie :)
