I think IMMB (Harry Zhabilov's other ticker) was Suspended by SEC on 11/20/2014 and it was current in filings. according to the PR issued by SEC it was suspended due to questions that have arisen concerning the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated
information, including information about the relationship between the companies business
prospects and the current Ebola crisis.

it's still on grey sheet and Harry Zhabilov never followed up and clear this issue with SEC!
